BBSN2 - Subordinated Notes (BNBG)

BBSN2 are New Zealand dollar denominated, unsecured, subordinated, cumulative, resettable notes issued by Babcock & Brown. They are debt obligations of Babcock & Brown.

BBSN2 pay a fixed rate, semi-annual, cumulative interest until the first reset date (15 September 2011). The interest rate until the first reset date is 9.01% per annum.

Interest payment dates are 15 March and 15 September each year unless changed at a reset date, subject to deferral rights, with penalty interest accruing on outstanding interest.
